Executive Officer

  • Age between 20 – 40 , preferably with tertiary education
  • Several years of good track records and experience in customer management.
  • Previous experience in courier and logistics industry would be an added advantage.
  • Good command of English & BM. Knowledge of a third language or dialect would be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently

Customer Relations & Service

  • Attend to customers’ enquiries/complaints through telephone calls and emails, ensuring that their requests and issues are being addressed accordingly and proficiently.
  • Register, update and record customers’ particulars and requests into service request ticketing tool and then monitor, follow up, and coordinate all works that are necessary in completing the customers’ requests.
  • Follow up on feedbacks and escalations to resolve issues brought up by customers.
  • Handle and manage work orders and requests with professionalism as well as interact and coordinate with staff within the Amber network and service providers for fulfillment.
  • Undertake any other tasks and/or responsibilities that may be assigned by the Helpdesk Manager from time to time.

  • Strong credits in English & BM at SPM level
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must be PC literate and familiar with basic MS Office application program

  • Possess Good Interpersonal Skills

Lorry Driver

  • Must have GDL License
  • Willing to work on Sunday, Public Holiday and night shift

Despatch Rider

  • At least PMR/SPM
  • Must have motorcycle and a valid motorcycle license
  • Applicant should be familiar with Kuching, Sarawak areas
